Cat Nap.

This was taken on the last day of my community service during my foundation studies. We were preparing for the closing ceremony when I stumbled upon this little fellow. He didn't let the sun or the crowd disturb his slumber thats for sure. In fact, I think he enjoys the sun very much. :)

There is Nothing We Can Do..

But pray. This unfortunate accident happen during my family outing to Kundasang/Ranau. We were going from one resort to another trying to survey the hostels and chalets when we saw a house in a nearby village are burning down to the ground..I called 999 and it seems like I wasn't the only one who called...the most terrifying memory I had was when the fires grew bigger and huge puffs of smoke ascends into the air like and the shoutings from the villagers...especially from one women  that was so loud we could literally feel her suffering..I don't know whether there was any deaths but I pray to God that there isn't. This is a picture of a on-looker holding  his daughter protectively as they watched the turmoil took its toll.

And as we all know...Japan was just recently struck by an 8.9 scale earthquake with a tsunami blow...Let us all pray for the safety of everyone in Japan as well as the other countries (including my own) that is in high risk. Ameen.

Please be careful and may God be with all of us.

The Tangled Beauty.

This was taken during my family outing to Kundasang/Ranau. We stopped by to the National Park for lunch and in the meantime I explored the place and found lots of tangled fellows. Luckily I was able to get this shot eventhough the little fellow was a bit too small to trace :)

Find Your Way Back Home.

Was on the way back home from Kundasang. And man, the fog was thick. It wasn't even 5 pm and we couldn't manage to see what's ahead. This was taken about 2 days ago when my family from Sarawak came by for holidays. I was so happy I get to get away from work and take a breather. :) so many interesting and memorable things happen during this trip, I'm glad I decide to get away from it all even if it was only for one day.

After It Rained.

Taken in Ranau, Sabah during my Uni's 2 day community service trip to a junior high school (sekolah rendah) there. The weather and the view was stupendous, the people (especially the kids) are playful, nice, sporting and very very friendly and I'm glad I volunteered :) oh, that is a hibiscus flower (Bunga Raya) btw. :P

Isabella Captured.

her LG Arena mobile phone (handphone) taken during the opening ceremony of the community service in Ranau we had earlier this year. Obviously, I took this from behind as I was sitting one row behind her :) Those in the phone are the volunteers :) :)
